Speaking / Talk 04
Bespoke talks.
Built around your organisation's data, pressures and audience.
The brief
The three named talks cover the most common buying patterns, but most organisations have a more specific question. Maybe the engagement survey just flagged something. Maybe a leadership offsite needs an outside voice. Maybe a particular function (engineering, sales, customer success) needs a tailored frame.
A bespoke talk starts with what you're actually trying to move, and builds the script around it. The thesis stays consistent (food is the symptom) but the case studies, the data, and the room-specific examples are yours.
How it works
A simple process.
-
Discovery call
30 minutes. What you're seeing in the data, the audience, the room, the date, the outcome you want.
-
Tailored script + sign-off
A draft script and structure within two weeks. One round of edits with you or your team before the room.
-
Delivery + Q&A
The talk, on the day. Held live, with time built in for the conversation that the room actually wants to have.
-
Optional follow-up briefing
A short manager-facing session a few weeks later, so the content lands as systemic change rather than a one-off event.
